Who sells Hoover Final Filter (2-Pack), 40110006

More Information Needed In Description

I logged on to get some replacement filters for my Hoover Windtunnel. According to the Hoover website, these bags are for:SELF-Propelled WindtunnelsBAGLESS WindtunnelsIf your Windtunnel is NOT self-propelled and is NOT bagless, you should be looking for part number 4011004 for the three-layer filter that goes in the compartment under the side door. I have yet to find the filter that goes in the bottom of the bag compartment.

Not Original Type Filters

Package received was different than shown. While the part number was the same, these filters are not the same pleated filters initially supplied with my Hoover WindTunnel. They are white mesh and do not appear to have the same filtering capacity....at least to remove the final fine dust/allergens. I probably will trash them as opposed to sending them back or even trying to use them. Fortunately, this a cheap mistake.

Not Original Replacement Part

While this has the same part number as listed in my manual for the final filter, it is not the item pictured nor described. It does fit, however it is not a 3 layer filter as described and is not in any way equal to the original filter.

Items is different from picture

Not that this really matters, but the picture make it appear to be the real deal Hoover and its a 3rd party. It may work fine, but I have a pet peeve regarding false advertising.

No problem here

I lost the Final filter from my Hoover Wind Tunnel sometime in the last 3 years. I went to the hoover Web site to find the part number, and lo and behold.. it was on Amazon for half the price. I got it, it fits, the packaging that arrived was the same that you see in the picture. Works great.I would really like to know how often you have to replace these.FYI; mine is a wind tunnel, not self propelled model# U5720-990 (written on the bottom of the Vac, near the rotating brushes)

Really works

Changing the final filter made a great difference in my vacuum cleaners performance and these filters are a good price too. I would recommend them to everyone.

If you have a hoover bagless vacuum, chances are you'll need this filter or one like it...along with the HEPA filter...buy them on Amazon...great pricing and fast delivery!

This is a good deal

I have a couple of dogs, so I need to keep several of these items on hand at all times. The price was good, and the delivery was prompt.
